DISAPPEAR HERE is an ongoing project exploring themes of PEOPLE / POETRY / PLACE.

In 2015 Coventry artists Adam Steiner, Brian Harley and Alan van Widjgerden produced a collaborative poetry film alongside local poet, Antony Owen.

The Dreamer of Samuel Vale House – WATCH

The film was a challenge to see what could be done with a poet, an idea and a camera – followed by plenty of post-shoot editing. During this time, we also gathered extensive background and research shots – many of which appeared in Vol. 2 of Foxhole magazine.

After a successful crowdfunding campaign in 2016, further funding was secured from an Arts Council England project grant alongside support from Coventry City Council and the City Of Culture bid team to produce a series of 27 poetry films based around Coventry ringroad, working with 9 x writers and 9 x film-makers.

The complete Ringroad Cycle was screened in 2017 and received media coverage from the Guardian and the BBC.
